Paper Study #26_ Stage Presence’ was performed in the Guggenheim, Bilbao, created in reaction to female stage performances. The music edited contained intro’s from female performers like: Loreen, Beyoncé, Black Pink, Madonna, Cardi B and Megan Thee. duration: 25 minutes location: Auditorium Guggenheim Museum Bilbao This event was part of MEM festival Bilbao. MEM is an annual cultural festival celebrating local and international electronic, extreme and experimental acts. MEM festival happens in November in Bilbao (Basque Country Spain). There you can find dance, theatre, music, environment art, video, film, net-art, performance, readings, master classes and a lot of fun. MEM support transgressor projects in a moment in which creation don1t take many risks. MEM combine high technology with a counter-culture view, punk heritage, “do it yourself ”, and thought and criticism. MEM state a Bilbao between two worlds, a reminiscence of industrial pollution and a new Bilbao of the information era and new technologies. MEM combine international and local views, looking for a fruitful dialogue among all different participant artists. MEM show aggressive and experimental projects that other festivals hardly hold in, but it1s hardly valued the conceptual reflection, Curator and direction: Txema Agiriano & Josu Lafont 2020 Production team: Lucia Pedregal & Andrea Alvarez http://www.musicaexmachina.com/

2 Hour performance during the opening of Mealstrom exhibition in Arti et Amicitiae Amsterdam The two-hour performance at the opening leaves traces; traces of paper, traces of movement, traces of energy, traces of life being in decay. The performance is a reflection of the origin of the dead material: paper and charcoal. Through the crease and further processing of the material the veins and the sap as a source of life are made visible. Trough the repetitive destruction the decay of material and exhaustion you can sense decay. A dualistic proces between life and death surrended to coincidence.

ECO Art Jang An Gallery Suncheon, Republic of Korea new.jolandajansen.nl/projecten/eco-art/ The globe is warming. Polar ice is melting drastically. China, Laos and Thailand menacingly race for Mekong river blockage with their huge dam projects. America hurriedly joins hands with Israel to get rid Assad, and ransack Syria and Iran too. The waste-bergs of plastic float far and wide in all the five oceans. The Hong Kong’s uprising, calling for independence from China, is masterminded by CIA and right-wing capitalists. The indigenous people of Amazon stand up for mother earth protection. India and China are taking a giant leap of no return. Flux of capital floods the globe. It’s an invasion with money in hand. They loot and rape viciously. The evil capitalism is devouring world resources so rapid that Latin America and Africa are merely the objects of plunder. Every government is only the puppet of far too few families of billionaires. Every soul deems to be governed by the unjust capitalist state!!! Born only to be slave and market, to harvest profit and plunder, is the destiny of us all!!! What can Art do! The artists shout, stop!!! Wait!!! Enough!!! All things are subjected to change. Why not slow down??? Tame your greed. Stop taking, exploiting and collecting. The world is losing its balance. Join hands and do something while we are not too weary. Thus human, trees and animals can cherish their lives, share their love and help each other. Rebel Art cordially invites all the artists to set free their energy here! Performance Action on preserving nature and connecting to nature in the city.
