Jessica de Wolf

In her visual research, Jessica de Wolf, considers man as a living organism. She explores processes that are based on the embodied experience (embodiment). Consciousness, awareness, presence and perception in relation to evolution and our planet play a central role. It is her starting point to create from a place of integrated body awareness. "It is the human-form that intrigues me. In my finding, our comings and goings are driven by assumptions, conviction and concepts without the reflection on how these relate to the physical reality of existence. My exploration is about the embodiment of being human and without being guided by assumptions come to a concept-free experience, to find new relationships from there."
